A Rainy Hump Day

Hello My Pals
Hope all are doing well on this Hump day today. It’s been raining all day today, as much as we need it there has been flash flooding going on in some parts of the city. Not to mention folks don’t know how to slow down when it wet. I’ve seen my fair share of wrecks today. Oh well they live and learn like the rest of us. Because of the change in climate my sinuses have been giving me the blues a little but it’s nothing I can’t handle so it’s all good.

Had the last meeting of the month today and I was suppose to supply the lunch but my boss had someone else do it this time. We’ll catch up at the end of June. It’s all good to me as I really didn’t feel like doing it anyway. Still I set up the tables and all. I still ate before I went as they were serving Chicken salad on a crescent (Or however you spell it) roll, fruit and a Lemon drop cake. I’m not a big fan of chicken salad or anything that’s mayo type. I actually forced myself to eat what I had on my plate not to be rude.  Saturday since it’s the start of the new month we start all over on the meetings again, will it never end. I guess I can’t complain as I’ll be looking forward to those new raises this year and be sitting really pretty at the end of the year that’s if we don’t have another bust in prices.

More good news I heard my dad is suppose to get out of the Hospital tomorrow so I know he’s looking forward to that. However my Co worked I found out was rushed back into surgery as she was having complication from the gastric bypass. I didn’t get a change to talk to her today but I hear she’s doing much better. I’ll try to go see her tomorrow before I go to work. I have a busy day tomorrow as I’ll be running around paying bills. The big ones like car and house note so it’s all good. I have no big plans for the weekend but me and my ex have plans to do dinner and a movie Saturday night. With him one never knows.  Maybe see X MEN 3 or the D. Codes. Either way I’ll see it Saturday or Sunday. Well that’s about it for this evening so until fingers meet keys hope all have a good one and the rest of the week be just as good too.
