Happy Friday My Friends
Hope all are doing well and having a lovely day so far. As for me it’s been a lovely week as well. My Canadian friend (In Picture) will bee leaving tomorrow and will be sad to see him go as we’ve had so much fun this week. It’s been really good to have him here and seeing the city though his eyes. His lover truly is a lucky man that’s fore sure. Yesterday (Thursday) we took a trip down to Galveston as it was such a lovely day not to mention nice and cool too. We packed a lunch and took off as it was great. Played in the water for a little bit then sat on the beach and at the wonderful lunch we packed. It’s been a while since I’ve been in the water on Galveston Island that’s for sure. Was nice by my skin was really showing effects of the salt water for sure not to mention I was itching from it as well. Nothing a little lotion couldn’t take care of.

Today we’re just lounging around getting clothes washed and iron so he can take on his trip to MS. We’ll be pulling out really early as his flight leaves around 11:00 AM. Suppose to rain tomorrow was well as I hope it’s not going when we take off in the morning. We’ll see. Not much more to add at this point. Weekend is here and I’ll show him some of t sights on the gay community at night as we did it during the day but to really get he affects you have to see it at night. He was really surprised as to how big our community is meaning the stretch of real estate the community possesses. Then again I kept reminding him we’re the fourth largest city in the U.S. He was impressed with the architecture in Houston and Galveston as well. Galveston has a lot of the old structures still standing and it was impressing as I never really took time to stop and really look at them as I was seeing it thought his eyes.  It was always head for the beach with me. I was really impressed of how much history I knew of the city as well. Living here all my life I thought I knew hardly a thing but I guess I do know more than I thought I knew. It was a good lesson there. Well that’s about it for now so until fingers meet keys again hope all are having a wonderful day and even better weekend.
